Achieving Great Place to Work certification means we have met rigorous standards and remain dedicated to providing a supportive and engaging workplace for our employees.

The result is that 91% of our employees think of Maxxton as a great place to work, and they support our mission, products, and services. Our score on the trust index is 87%. We also received a great deal of feedback, which we will analyse and use to improve our organisation even further.
