Vodatent chooses Maxxton again

Maxxton is delighted to announce that Vodatent, active in the Holiday Campsites industry, returns to benefit from the Maxxton Software platform. From 2014 till 2016, Vodatent was already a client of Maxxton by using the property management system for its bookings and business operations. Vodatent now returns to use the Maxxton Software in combination with the Web Manager solution.

Vodatent has grown to a company that is managing 250 safari tents in total on 45 campings in 8 different countries. Approximately 190 tents managed by their own via their own website and via Tour operators. Besides that, Vodatent is managing 60 separate tents of other suppliers including camping rent and channel setup (like booking.com). Therefore, the Maxxton Software suits their requirements at this moment perfectly.

After a first catch-up call during the summer with Job Schipper (Owner & Director Vodatent) all parties involved could arrange a quick sales cycle of two weeks since the first call to the Maxxton office till the moment of signing the Software-as-a-Service and Web Manager contract. The more in-depth design phase and implementation had been started immediately from the 13th of August 2019 onwards. The core team of Vodatent visited the Maxxton headquarters to meet the implementation team and were aiming from the beginning for a Go-Live of Vodatent in Q4 2019.
