About the role:

We’re looking for a Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist to strengthen and scale Maxxton’s go-to-market engine. You’ll sit within the Marketing team and work closely with Sales, Product, and external partners to ensure clean data, strong funnels, a high-performing website, and measurable impact from campaigns, content, and events.

This role is execution-focused and hands-on. This is not a coordination-only role: you will personally work across all aspects of marketing and sales operations to get things done, from stakeholder alignment and tooling to workflows, copy, translations, design coordination, campaigns, and reporting. 

You’ll own HubSpot as the source of truth and help operationalise modern, AI-supported marketing practices across the full revenue funnel.

What you'll achieve

1. Own HubSpot & Go-To-Market (GTM) operations

  • Own and manage HubSpot across Marketing and Sales (workflows, lifecycle stages, scoring, routing, reporting, Content Hub)
  • Diagnose and resolve data quality issues across the GTM stack
  • Maintain strong data hygiene: deduplication, enrichment, governance, and quality checks
  • Craft and operationalise ABM, outbound, and multi-channel GTM motions
  • Lead the marketing tech stack and practical use of AI tools to improve market intelligence, targeting, campaign orchestration, and the creation of effective messaging and design across the full revenue funnel, supporting:
    • ICP definition and target account selection
    • Intent detection and lead enrichment
    • Outbound automation and sales enablement
    • Content production, translation, and distribution

2. Drive funnel performance & revenue insights

  • Design and maintain lifecycle logic from lead to opportunity, renewal, and expansion
  • Support pipeline health, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Build dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into the funnel, pipeline, and revenue
  • Translate insights into concrete optimisation actions for marketing and sales

3. Own website performance & conversion

  • Own Maxxton’s website as a core growth and conversion channel
  • Optimise technical performance, UX, structure, and CRO
  • Work hands-on with copy, translation, design, and experimentation to improve conversion 

4. Drive content, events & campaign execution

  • Support the setup and execution of webinars, trade events, and high-impact smaller events
  • Help turn content and events into measurable pipeline, engagement, and sales follow-up
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and partners to get campaigns live end-to-end

Skills you’ll need to bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or revenue operations in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong hands-on HubSpot experience (CRM design, workflows, automation, reporting, HubSpot content management). 
  • Solid technical affinity: comfortable working with modern marketing & AI tools
  • Experience with lifecycle logic, analytics, and funnel optimisation
  • Fluent in English and Dutch

Nice to haves

  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Experience collaborating with engineering or AI teams to build solutions such as AI agents, workflows, and automations.
  • Experience supporting webinars, events, or community initiatives
  • Strong execution and collaboration mindset
