About the role:

Maxxton, a fast-growing SaaS company, is offering a traineeship for recent Master’s
graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in customer success, consultancy, and
software implementation. As a trainee at Maxxton, you will gain first-hand experience in
customer success, consultancy, and software implementation within a fast-growing SaaS
company

What you’ll achieve:

• Work within a self-managing, international team.
• Support customers in optimising their business processes.
• Gain hands-on experience in software implementation and consultancy.
• Develop key skills in prioritisation, flexibility, and stakeholder communication

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• A Master’s degree in Business IT, Information Science, Finance, Business
  Administration, Change Management, or Supply Chain Management.
• Hands-on, no-nonsense mentality.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• An energetic personality with the ability to deliver results quickly

Nice to haves:

• Experience working in B2B or SaaS companies.
• Proficiency in CMS tools.
• A collaborative mindset, open to ideas and perspectives at all levels of seniority.
• A belief in what you can’t measure, in pleasure-seeking; after all, Maxxton is in the recreation business.
