How do you create a workplace that reflects your identity, beyond simply putting your logo on the wall? That was the question we asked ourselves when designing our new headquarters, shared with Koole Controls. The answer: every corner, material, and interaction should say something about who we are, how we work, and what we believe in.
Together with interior design partner Projectinrichtin
g Lavoir, we set out to build more than a functional space. We wanted a workplace that feels like us, that expresses our values through design, and supports the collaboration between two companies united by innovation, precision, and a human approach to technology.
One building. Two companies. Shared DNA.
From the outset, the goal wasn’t to split a space, it was to create one that naturally brings us together. The design reflects both our differences and what we have in common: a culture of problem-solving, a commitment to excellence, and a belief in creating technology that works for people.
Form that follows meaning
You’ll notice warm materials, generous natural light, and our signature Maxxton orange in subtle details, but the real power lies in the intentionality of the layout. Shared zones foster informal exchange. Quiet areas support deep focus. Meeting spaces flex around the needs of both teams. Every choice reflects how we actually work.

A cloud that grounds us
At the centre of the atrium, suspended acoustic ‘clouds’ make a bold statement, a subtle homage to our cloud-based technology for the hospitality sector. They also bring comfort and clarity to a busy, high-traffic area. It’s a visual metaphor: grounded in purpose, elevated in design.
A social heart that beats every day
The canteen is more than a kitchen. It’s the social engine of the building. From lunch and coffee chats to company events and team brainstorms, it’s where culture happens organically. With a central stage and open seating, it invites interaction, openness, and shared moments across both companies.
