Maxxton appoints Martijn Houben as its new COO

Martijn Houben will join the executive and management team, effective as of 1 January 2022. He has been a key member of the Maxxton team since January 2019 and has served as a Business Consultant.

Martijn Houben has been a key figure in maintaining and improving the customer relationship between Maxxton and several clients.

Martijn Houben will join the executive and management team, effective as of 1 January 2022. He has been a key member of the Maxxton team since January 2019 and has served as a Business Consultant.

Martijn has been responsible for large capital projects, such as the implementation of RCN, Landal and EuroParcs/Droomparken.

‘We are excited to have Martijn on board and welcome him to Maxxton’s management team. Martijn’s deep knowledge of the client’s needs and wishes and his wealth of experience in implementations and improvements will drive Maxxton’s growth (and international and national strategies). He has proven to be a valuable team member who possesses excellent people skills, business acumen and an exemplary work ethic. Martijn always aims to establish policies that promote company culture and vision, and oversees company operations and employee and customer satisfaction.

Martijn’s career spans several years. Throughout his career, he has been working for several financial institutions, among others. Martijn Houben will spend his first few months familiarising himself with his new role by improving collaboration across departments and optimising customer success, which will be an ongoing process. We are very pleased that Martijn has accepted the position of COO at Maxxton. He has a broad and quite unique experience, from both the customer service and software provider side, which we believe will be very valuable for Maxxton.
