Vodatent chooses Maxxton again

From 2014 to 2016, Vodatent was already a Maxxton client, using the property management system for its bookings and business operations. Now, Vodatent has returned to Maxxton Software, this time with the Web Manager solution.

Maxxton is delighted to announce that Vodatent, active in the Holiday Campsites industry, returns to benefit from the Maxxton Software platform.

Vodatent has grown into a company managing a total of 250 safari tents across 45 campsites in 8 different countries. Approximately 190 tents are managed directly through their own website and via tour operators. In addition, Vodatent oversees 60 separate tents from other suppliers, including campsite rentals and channel management (such as Booking.com). Given their expanding operations, Maxxton Software is the perfect fit for their current requirements.

After an initial catch-up call in the summer with Job Schipper (Owner & Director of Vodatent), all parties completed a swift two-week sales cycle—from the first call to the Maxxton office to signing the Software-as-a-Service and Web Manager contract.

The more in-depth design phase and implementation kicked off immediately on 13 August 2019. The Vodatent core team visited Maxxton headquarters to meet the implementation team, aiming from the outset for a Q4 2019 Go-Live.
