About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to drive successful delivery outcomes for new and existing customers. You’ll lead client implementations as well as professional services engagements for customers already live—owning scope, planning, risks, and consultancy budget from start to finish.

In this role, you are the customer’s key point of contact during delivery. You’ll align stakeholders, translate business needs into Maxxton solutions, and orchestrate internal teams (Consulting, Product Owners, and Customer Success) to keep work moving and decisions clear. You’ll also ensure a structured handover to Customer Success after go-live and contribute to improving our delivery templates and playbooks so we scale delivery consistently.

What you’ll achieve
  • Own customer delivery from contract signature through go-live and beyond (implementations, expansions, and services engagements).
  • Lead the customer during delivery: clarify processes, align stakeholders, and turn requirements into Maxxton solutions.
  • Coordinate internal teams, manage scope, risks, and consultancy budget to deliver predictably.
  • Improve our delivery approach with reusable templates, playbooks, and a scalable framework.
  • Ensure a clean handover to Customer Success post go-live and support early hypercare.
Skills you’ll need to bring
  • Experience delivering B2B SaaS client solutions (implementations and/or professional services).
  • Strong customer leadership: expectation setting, stakeholder alignment, and decision facilitation.
  • Structured delivery mindset: scope control, planning, risk management, and budget tracking (Prince2 preferred)
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable workstreams with internal teams.
  • Excellent communication in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
Nice to haves
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and multi-stakeholder governance.
  • Background in hospitality, travel tech, or complex operational environments.
  • Service design experience (journey mapping, process design, and scalable service playbooks).
  • Familiarity with delivery tooling (Jira/Confluence) and implementation methods.
