Revenue management
Turn demand into revenue.
Run rates, rentability and discounts from one place. When you’re ready, switch on dynamic pricing and let demand guide your rates.
Running revenue management at scale
Your rules, not a template
Set rentability, rate types and discounts around your accommodation types and channels, without forcing your business into a fixed structure.
Prices that move before you'd notice
Dynamic pricing tracks demand and adjusts rates towards the targets you set, so you don’t have to keep watching the market.
One decision, every channel.
Set a rate once and send it to Channel Manager and the central reservation system. No re-entry, no conflicting rates.
Every rate you don't adjust is revenue you'll never get back.
You find out demand spiked after the weekend is already fully booked.
You can't tell if last month's price change helped or hurt.
Your best accommodation type is priced the same in January and July.
None of that is about working harder. It's that rates, rentability rules and demand data live apart until someone forces them together by hand.
Revenue management keeps them in one place, so the price you publish already reflects what today's demand is worth, and can update itself the moment that changes.
ruleSet your rules
Set the rules once. Every accommodation follows them
Rentability sets decide when and how each accommodation type is bookable, down to minimum stay, arrival day and booking window. Rate types carry your pricing across channels, currencies and packages, from a non-refundable basic rate to a fully flexible premium one.
monitoringWatch performance
See what's happening before a guest has to tell you
Booking pace, pickup and occupancy for every accommodation cluster in one view. Set a threshold on occupancy, revenue or cancellations and get notified the moment it's crossed, instead of finding out at month end.
auto_graphLet demand set the price
Dynamic pricing that adjusts while you're doing something else
Group accommodations into a collection, set an occupancy or revenue target for each stay date, and choose how aggressively the system should pursue it: Balanced, Aggressive, or Conservative. It forecasts demand, measures price sensitivity, moves the rate, then re-optimises within a minute of the next booking.

Discounts and vouchers, without a separate system
Early booking discounts, package deals and seasonal offers run on the same rate engine, not a bolt-on promo tool. Vouchers reward returning guests or fuel a campaign, with usage tracked automatically.

Revenue management, from the people running it
A named result beats a general claim, so here are both: what one operator says, and what the numbers show across the portfolio.
By utilising Maxxton's Revenue management, we are able to increase efficiency and accuracy at EuroResorts. Revenue management delivers further added value by allowing us to focus on high-value tasks that optimise our scalability, customer service and reduce errors.
A park running 1,500 pitch and 1,000 accommodation reservations a year gains €145,219 in additional revenue with dynamic pricing switched on.
Revenue management feeds every price the platform quotes
One rate decision reaches the modules that sell and account for it, without a separate export.
Channel Manager
A rate set once in Revenue Management pushes to every connected channel automatically, so nothing needs re-entering per OTA.
Central reservation system
Rates and availability are live the moment a reservation is made, on any channel, direct or third-party.
Financial management
Rates, rentability, and discount packages arrive with their ledger and VAT mapping, ready for close.
Questions revenue and commercial teams ask us
Do we have to use dynamic pricing to use Revenue management?
No. Rate and rentability management work on their own, run manually or by bulk update. Dynamic pricing is a layer you switch on per collection when you're ready, not a requirement.
How does dynamic pricing decide when to move a price?
Monitors watch your collections against the targets you've set and flag when something needs attention. The optimisation strategy you've chosen, Balanced, Aggressive or Conservative, decides how the system prices once it acts, whether that's automatically or when you open the suggestion yourself.
Can we start with manual pricing and add dynamic pricing later?
Yes. Collections and dynamic pricing switch on per accommodation cluster, so you can automate one part of your portfolio while managing the rest manually, and expand at your own pace.
Does this work across multiple currencies and channels?
Yes. Rate types link to a specific currency and set of distribution channels, so a UK rate in GBP and a French rate in EUR run side by side from the same setup.
Is our pricing data secure?
Rate and rentability data runs on the same Maxxton platform as reservations and payments, covered by the same security and compliance standards across the estate.
