For owner relations
Owners know where they stand. You know what's next.
You are the person an owner calls when a statement looks wrong, they need a week free, or their contract is up for renewal. Maxxton keeps owner management in one place, so you have the information you need to answer them.
Operators running owner contracts, settlements or portals on Maxxton
Every ownership model on one structure
Pool, regular and rent-assurance contracts are configured per owner or per unit, not per park. A mixed portfolio runs on one setup.
One inventory, not two calendars
An owner's own-use week and a guest's booking sit in the same availability view, with own-use limits applied as the booking is made. No second calendar to reconcile.
The owner can see it without asking you
Bookings, revenue and settlement statements sit in the owner's own portal. We answer questions that used to arrive by phone before they are asked.
descriptionContract
Every ownership model, one structure
Pool, regular and rent-assurance agreements, private and business owners, each configured against the owner or the unit rather than the park. Amendment cycles and expiry dates live in the contract, not in a spreadsheet someone maintains.
A park you acquire, with its owners attached, loads into the structure you already run
Includes: Contract types for pool, regular and rent assurance, private and business owner records, amendment and renewal tracking, expiry held against the unit.
calendar_monthShare
The owner's week and the guest's week, one calendar
Owners book their own weeks, or weeks for their guests, from the availability view your reservations team already works in. Own-use limits apply because the booking is made at booking, not audited afterwards, so neither side can double-book the other.
Includes: Owner-initiated bookings from the portal, owner-configurable own-use windows, own-use limits enforced at booking, and the same inventory view as guest reservations.
Owners can share a personal promotional link to generate attributable direct bookings.
receipt_longSettle
A statement that answers the question before it is asked
We calculate what each owner is owed from actual rental income and expenses, line by line, and flag errors before they reach a statement, not after an owner reads it.
DAC7 reporting runs on the same data. The payout, invoice, and ledger entry post through Financial Management.
Includes: Automatic payout calculation from rental income and expenses, exception flagging before issue, periodic statements with line-item detail, DAC7 reporting, multi-currency owner billing with local compliance.
autorenewRenew
The renewal conversation starts from numbers the owner already trusts
An owner who has followed their bookings, revenue and payouts in their own portal all season arrives at renewal already knowing what the year was worth.
Renewal dates surface before they lapse, and bookings, inspections and contract changes reach owners automatically. The conversation is about next season, not last quarter's statement.
Includes: Renewal and amendment dates surfaced before expiry, automatic notifications for bookings, inspections and renewals, open and login tracking, one communication record shared by staff and owners.
What owners get to check for themselves
An owner who trusts the numbers does not need to ring you to confirm them.

Where a metric is not clear yet, here is what is verifiable today
Their own bookings
Guest bookings and own-use weeks in one view, in the owner's portal, not on request.
Their own settlement
Line-item statements in the portal, from the same income and expense data the payout uses.
Their own compliance position
DAC7 has been an EU-wide platform-reporting obligation since January 2023. Owner statements and settlement data are structured to meet it.
Where owner relations meets the rest of the platform
Four boundaries, and what crosses each one.
Owner Management
Contract types, amendment tracking, own-use limits and the owner portal.
Central Reservation System
Owner and guest reservations share one availability view.
Financial Management
The settlement figure and the statement are calculated in Owner management. The payout, invoice and ledger entry post here.
Housekeeping & Maintenance
An inspection or maintenance task on an owned unit arrives already linked to the owner.
Questions owner relations teams ask us
Is owner management a separate product, or part of the Maxxton platform?
Owner Management is part of the Maxxton platform, not a separate product. Owner contracts, own-use, settlements and communication run on the same reservation and finance data as every other module, so nothing is rekeyed between systems.
We run pool, regular and rent-assurance ownership at different parks. Does that mean different setups?
No. Contract types are configured per owner or per unit rather than per park, so a mixed portfolio runs on one setup, and an acquired park loads in without new contract logic.
Can an owner book their own accommodation without affecting guest availability?
Yes. Owner reservations sit in the same availability view as guest bookings, with own-use limits applied at booking.
Does DAC7 reporting need separate software?
No. Reporting runs on the settlement data the platform already holds. It is a configuration, not an add-on project.
How much inbound owner contact does the portal actually remove?
We do not have a measured figure, so we will not quote one. What we can say is which questions it answers without you: bookings on the unit, revenue to date, the latest statement with line-item detail, and remaining owner-use allowance.
Can owners pay their invoices online through the portal?
Yes. Owners can view invoices and pay outstanding charges online through the owner portal, and check their settlement statements.
