Configured

Shaped to your books

Configure ledgers, VAT tariffs and accountancy mapping to match your operation. Not a vendor template you have to bend into.

Compliant

Built per market

Configure invoice compliance by country, recipient and transaction type. New legislation is a configuration, not a project.

Connected

Inside the reservation platform

Finance runs where the booking, rate, and payment already live. Nothing is rekeyed.

Does your month-end close look like this?

Tick the ones you recognise.

If you ticked two or more, the problem is not your finance team. Finance sits outside the system where the bookings live.

Financial management runs the whole cycle in one platform. Booking to invoice, payment, allocation and reporting. The e-invoicing and fiscalisation rules landing market by market are part of the setup, not a fire drill your team fights every quarter.

menu_bookAccountancy

Bookkeeping that mirrors your business

Configure tailored ledgers for accommodations, add-ons and payment methods, each on the right VAT tariff, wired straight into your accountancy tool.

A payment package you build into dynamic pricing arrives here as an add-on with its own ledger, already accounted for.

gavelCompliance and legislation

Every market’s rulebook, built in

Sell across Europe and you inherit a different rulebook in every country, each one a moving target.

Setup runs by country, recipient, and transaction type. You issue compliant invoices, credits and e-invoices, and report them exactly as each authority requires.

paymentsPayments

Every payment finds its booking

Money lands from everywhere. Online, the front desk, a card machine on a pitch, even payments an agent collected for you. A payment without a booking is revenue you earned and lost track of.

Each one is tied to the exact reservation, add-on or service it belongs to. Bank statements pull in daily. Open balances are flagged, reminders are sent, and refunds are pushed back through your provider.

call_splitAutomatic distribution

Tax and net, split and posted

When a period closes, every booking must be split into tax and net and posted to the right ledgers. Financial management splits it at the frequency you set.

A €1,000 stay lands as net plus VAT in its own ledgers. An add-on at a different rate splits off on its own. Daily, weekly or monthly.

bar_chartReporting

Answers in the shape each market wants

The auditor wants the numbers behind an invoice. Your director wants to know why a figure moved. A tax office wants a particular return, in a particular format.

The data you already hold, turned into the reports that settle those questions.

fact_checkAudit trail and journal

The record your auditor will sign off on

Anyone can show you a number. The hard part is proving how it got there, and that nobody touched it since.

Every transaction writes to a timestamped, tamper-evident journal. The kind of record certification regimes such as NF525 demand.

Financial archive export with organisation, creator, date, checksum and transaction period, confirming the fiscal archive is up to date and checksum verified

Certified, audited annually, tested by third parties

We don’t assert the compliance claims on this page alone. They are audited.

NF525

French fiscal certification for point-of-sale and invoicing, re-audited every year.

PCI DSS

Payment card data handled to the card industry’s own security standard.

ISAE-3402

Independent assurance on the controls behind your financial reporting.

Standards built into the platform: NF525, SII, SDI and PEPPOL. Compliant invoice flows live in France, Spain, Italy and Belgium. Real-time point-of-sale fiscalisation is live in Italy and Germany. Penetration testing by KPMG, Xebia and Onvio.

Questions finance teams ask us

Does Financial management replace our accounting system?

No. Maxxton journalises revenue and transactions at the level your country’s legislation requires, then exports them to the accounting system you already run via API, scheduled export, or manual extraction. The platform feeds your books. Your accounting system keeps them.

Which countries and standards are covered?

Compliant invoice flows are live in France, Spain, Italy and Belgium, with NF525, SII, SDI and PEPPOL built in and France’s CTC reform supported. Real-time point-of-sale fiscalisation runs in Italy and Germany. Operators in other countries run on the standard accounting flow, with invoice templates, VAT and ledger mapping configurable per resource.

How does this work across several legal entities?

Each legal entity is configured as its own financial entity, holding its own legislation type, fiscal year ledger and deferred ledger. Holiday parks and points of sale sit beneath it. Journal entries feed external accounting at the entity level, so a new park or country doesn’t break the books.

How long does implementation take?

Three to six months for a mid-market group, with migration support included. Finance configuration runs in parallel with the reservation and pricing setup rather than after it.

What does the audit trail actually show?

Every transaction, adjustment and repayment, with user, timestamp and previous state. Invoices are generated and stored against the reservation: a final invoice at check-out, a payment invoice for every payment received before the final, and a credit invoice for every modification after it.

Is our data secure and GDPR compliant?

The platform runs on Google Cloud with 24/7 monitoring, is PCI DSS, ISAE-3402 and NF525 certified with annual audits, and is penetration tested by KPMG, Xebia and Onvio.
