Fiskaly
Automate fiscalisation compliance in Germany and Italy
Fiskaly helps Maxxton customers meet cash register fiscalisation requirements in Germany and Italy. Requirements differ per country: in Germany, Fiskaly signs every cash register receipt through a certified cloud TSE, keeping the Maxxton customers compatible with the KassenSichV regulation.
In Italy, cash register transactions and paid-reservation receipts are transmitted directly to the tax authority (Agenzia delle Entrate) for approval. Maxxton routes the relevant transaction data straight to Fiskaly, so every receipt is signed and/or reported the way each country's tax authority requires.

01
Country-Aware Receipt Routing
When a cash register payment or a fully paid reservation generates a receipt, Maxxton identifies the property's country and applies the correct process automatically (signing through Fiskaly's cloud TSE in Germany, or direct transmission to the tax authority in Italy), so the right rules are used from the start.
02
Automated Signing and Fiscalisation
Fiskaly signs and fiscalises each cash register receipt according to local requirements in each market, such as KassenSichV in Germany, removing the need for manual intervention at this step.03
Certified Submission
In Germany, signed receipts are recorded through Fiskaly's certified cloud TSE. In Italy, transactions are sent directly to the Agenzia delle Entrate (AdE) and only finalised once the authority accepts them.
04
Acknowledgment and Archiving
Once accepted, Fiskaly handles acknowledgment and archiving on Maxxton's behalf (for example, providing the DSFinV-K audit export in Germany or returning the AdE confirmation PDF in Italy) keeping records compliant and audit-ready without extra work for your team.
