Meet us at Atlantica and SETT 2026

Niort in October, Montpellier in November. Come and see Max, our AI agent for park teams, built straight into your PMS, and test it yourself.

Table of contents

    Two fairs, two different rooms

Atlantica and SETT are not the same event twice.

Atlantica is the Atlantic coast talking to itself. 29th edition, organised by the Fédération de l'Hôtellerie de Plein Air de Charente-Maritime, around 500 exhibitors and 7,500 visitors across five sectors: hébergements, loisirs, locatif, CHR and services aux professionnels. It is smaller, which is the point. You get conversations that last longer than ninety seconds.

SETT is the European one. 47th edition, roughly 700 exhibitors and just over 20,000 visitors last year, organised around seven sectors from equipment to pools and wellness. It runs alongside the 52nd FNHPA congress, which is where the sector's regulatory and commercial year actually gets set. The Sett d'Or trophies reward the innovations that are worth a second look. The detailed 2026 conference programme is published closer to the date on salonsett.com.

Go for the congress and the conferences. Come to our booth for the part you cannot get from a slide deck.

    Where to find us

Atlantica: 6, 7 and 8 October 2026, Parc des Expositions de Niort, 6 rue Archimède. Hall B, Booth B13.

SETT: 3, 4 and 5 November 2026, Parc des Expositions de Montpellier. Hall B3, Booth B3B13.

    Max, live on real data

Max is the conversational agent built into the Maxxton platform. Not a separate AI tab nobody opens twice, but an assistant inside the application your teams already work in.

Test it at our booth, and can ask it to:

    • Explain how to do something in the software, instead of hunting through documentation
    • Summarise what needs attention today across reservations and operations
    • Answer an occupancy, booking or guest question in plain language
    • Do the task itself: create a reservation at the front desk, apply a change, suggest the right add-on

Three things matter more than the demo.

It sees what the user sees. Max runs on the role-based permissions already configured in your environment. A front office agent gets front office answers. Nothing leaks upwards or sideways.

It works in your language. Useful when your seasonal teams are not all francophone, and when the guest on the phone is Dutch or German.

It runs on French data. We are demoing on an environment built with real operational data from this market, so what appears on screen is a case you recognise.

We will walk it through per role: front office, réservations and tour operator desk, gouvernante, direction de site. Tell us which one is yours and we start there.

    What else is running

Dynamic pricing. Rates update daily against real demand and measured price elasticity, instead of a grille tarifaire you set in January and patch in panic in June.

Smart reallocation. Reorganises existing bookings in the background so a request you would have refused becomes a booking. Fewer refusals, fewer orphan nights, no manual jigsaw. This is the one that surprises people most.

Add-on recommendations. Upsell prompts based on what comparable guests actually booked.

We are also building an agent that talks to guests rather than staff. Not demo-ready. Ask at the stand and we will show you where it is going.

    Who already runs on Maxxton

Sandaya, Siblu, Landal GreenParks, Libema and EuroResorts, among others. Landal alone runs 300+ locations across 13 countries on the platform. If you want to hear it from an operator rather than from us, tell us and we will arrange the conversation.

Come and try to break it

The most useful twenty minutes at a fair is the one where you try to catch the software out. Bring the case your current system handles badly. A group that splits, a partial cancellation, an owner unit that stays blocked for no reason. We would rather spend the time on that than on a deck.

Get your visitor badge for Atlantica or SETT, then book a slot with the team for Atlantica or for SETT. Or just walk up. The French team is on the stand throughout
